My 1st graders were totally enthralled with your project. I've never seen them so focused on a presenter at our school. Thank you for sharing your awesome talents and ideas with us. We will never forget it.

I enjoyed the show presented at the Northwest Environmental Conference 10/16/02. I think that art with multiple layers, media and and meaning is a facinating concept. As I think about it I don't think the correct medium is being used. Perhaps this is just a tool but ultimately the whole thing needs to be digitized and made accessible via the net or perhaps a dedicated computer if you wish to manage access (as a museum does). In whatever way the finished work resides it is certainly groundbreaking.

Patrick, I love what you have done with this. I just saw very interesting piece at my school (Lakeside) . And the whole time u had me on the edge of my seat. At every corner you had a new surprise, that i tried to figure out. I am very interested on the different things you have done, and what may come. I hope you have a grand success.

Thank you so very much for your gift - I will write you a more significant summary of my response to your presentation when it has sat in my soul for a while - I want it to be meaningful. Your poster will hang in my classroom as a reminder to all of my students that we are all connected, all traveling a journey through experience that ultimately beings us back to where we belong. . . together as one. love all ways Valerie , the drama teacher, Hopkinton High School

I'd just like to say that I was really touched by the art-work/performance art that you did for us today at Lakeside Middle School. It was really great and it's funny because as I've been scanning through the comments and sooooo many people from Lakeside sent in their approval!! I'm so happy that you could actually come today. Thank you so much!! ~*Eliza*~

Our school experienced the Signature Project assembly this morning. What a show!!! I left the auditorium energized and inspired. I think the comments of my fourth grade students say it all…  “I thought the assemble was incredible! I thought it was very important because it is a project to think about life and why we live on the world. It is a very special feeling to bring people together.” -Jenny  “Your presentation taught me that any dreams can be accomplished, even if it takes 20 years!” -Jarett  “I think you have a great creative mind. I think the signature Project is important because it might bring out the art in people.” -Christian  “I am just so impressed I can’t explain it at all. Thank you for showing us this.” -Meghan  “It’s really thoughtful how you can come up with such a thing!” –Absyde Thank you, Mr. Dunning, for your time and energy. -Emily Bell

My name is Amanda Nicole Fleig and I am 11 years old. I live in Manteca, CA and last year when I was in 5th grade, Patrick came to George McParland Elementary School which I attend and I got to sign the Project. My teacher picked me and four other students to sign the Project. After seening his presentation, I couldn't wait to sign it. It was truly an inspiration to me and I was shocked to hear my classmates who never thought of anything so deeply before talk about this project the way they did. I'd like to personally thank Patrick. It is the best thing I've ever signed.
